  I bought a watch through Bob’s as a gift for myself upon returning from a deployment to Iraq. The process has been (and continues to be) a total nightmare. The watch never shipped and I ended up having to drive to pick it up in person. The watch was not in functioning condition when I got it home, and I had to ship it back to them. They “fixed” it, only for it to stop working again shortly after I received it. I’m currently in the process of trying to return the watch. I had to ask three separate people for the owner’s email address, and I wrote him a personal email letting him know I was having a tough time with his company. Zero response. Bottom line is that this company advertises itself as a “Rolex exchange” and you should see them as exactly that. They are in the business of shuffling around watches to make money. They are not in the business of taking care of customers. After all, do you think a stock broker cares more about his customers or making money for himself? I should’ve known better. If you’re a millionaire and you want to practice trading on the “Rolex exchange,” then this company is for you. If you’re a regular guy who loves watches and wants to make an investment in a watch that you’ll keep forever (preferably one that works), pay a little bit more and go somewhere with better products and better customer service.

  Shopping at Bob's Watches was a very easy and pleasant experience. Bob's has excellent customer service that are very quick to handle your needs. I ordered a ladies watch online for a Christmas present. The watch was a tad too small. Bob's had the extra link and sent it to me via next day delivery at no charge . The watch now fits perfectly and my wife is very happy with her new watch. I recommend Bob's Watched to anyone looking to buy a luxury pre owned watch.
