  Fruit was not fresh and they wouldn't give a refund or switch the arrangement. They did make a new one. Customer service is very poor. The management wouldn't speak to me because they were supposedly not there so they were giving direction to the worker that answered the phone making her the middle man and having to deal with the problem. Only have one star because it wouldn't post without. Zero star is what I wanted to rate. Poor manager and quality.
