  I called ahead today to have a game held for me and was told they would have one for me. When I arrived I was told that they accidentally sold my copy to another customer. It's an understandable mistake, not the first time it has happened to me. The problem came when the associate in the store tried to make it seem like I was at fault or lying about the name I had the game held under. He told me he DISTINCTLY remembered me asking for two items when I called. I have never even heard of the second item he claimed I asked to be held. This employee's name was Anthony. The worst experience I have had in a GameStop.
