  Having PERMANENT eye brows done at this place is the worst regret I've ever made. UNEVEN! Color quickly FADES leaving patches of PERMANENT light gray. EXTREMELY RUDE! Plan on them keeping you there for the whole day, making you wait several hours even if you make an appt ahead of time. Cindy (Vietnamese name Mai) quickly drew my eye brows on with a eye brow pencil. But it was uneven and I didn't like the shape she drew. I asked her to make it a little thinner and add a little more arch. But she said "no this is how it's suppose to be." But this is permanent and I didn't want to just say yes on a whim, also I didn't like it. she walks away, and I sat there for about 30minutes before someone else sees that I'm not being helped and comes over and offers to redraw them for me. I liked the way the younger girl drew it for me. And I asked for medium brow ink. Cindy the owner told her to "just do dark brown". I'm shocked! I'm the client. This is my face and it's going to be PERMANENT! Shouldn't I be able to choose the color I want? I wanted it to look natural, not like sharpie ink The owner Cindy is a total witch! She said she's taking too long. "It should be quick." She said. "Just ten minutes and done. It's never going to be even. Hurry up, just add a little hair strokes." This is permanent make up! How can she be so careless. And so mean to her employees when they're just trying to do a good job. She kept rushing us. Warning! DONT COME HERE if you want even eyebrows. She won't do a good job. She refuses to spend time making clients happy. And the color comes out UNEVEN, PATCHY, two toned, just a horrible mess! It's like McDonald's here. (Except it isn't cheap) it's sloppy, UGLY and rude service. My eyebrows are very uneven. The right side round arch, longer and thicker. The left side is shorter and skinner and very high sharp arch. HORRIBLE JOB.i
