  Ordered three pairs of boots and all three are too small. Had to pay for return shipping even though K stores doesn't understand American sizing. Will be disputing this on my credit card.

  Do not order from K Stores. I had ordered a pair of shoes, the picture looked much nicer than the actual product I received. They were horrible quality shoes. I decided to return the crappy shoes and get my money back. I purchased a return receipt through their site. I shipped them back and about a week after the tracking showed that they received it I still hadn't gotten my refund. I tried emailing them three times with no response. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. In summary, terrible quality products and atrocious customer service, would not recommend.
